May 3 and May 4, Spotsylvania VA.
Breck and I will be there. Even if we weren’t, we’d be able to hear the cannons, and maybe the musket fire, at our house. The battlefield is about 4 miles away.

Breck says that calvary wasn’t a factor on the field of battle at Chancellorsville, so the lack of horses is historically accurate.
